Sue is an experienced Organization Development professional based in the UK, working internationally, specializing in Executive Assessment, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Facilitation. She has operated as a Management Consultant running her own business, collaborating with associates and partners for the last sixteen years.

This followed several years working in the corporate world in senior management roles within Vertex Data Science as Organisation & Management Development Director, Norweb as Organisation Development Manager and prior to that with both Bass and ICL in a variety of Change Management & Leadership Development roles.

Sue is often asked to facilitate sessions for clients and work with them to design purposeful and enjoyable workshops or offsite meetings. She believes in partnering with the client ahead of the event to really understand the aims, to engage stakeholders and to craft sessions which are much more than just talking shops. As a facilitator, she is able to draw on her coaching skills to genuinely listen, to challenge in the moment.

Recent consultancy projects have included:

  • The design and development of a comprehensive Leadership Agenda, working in partnership with the client including: Executive Coaching; process development/ implementation; Top Team role modeling and internal communications/ storytelling. (UK Bank)
  • The design & facilitation of a 3-day off-site session for a Global Programme team including stakeholder interviews, team building and visioning (Global Pharmaceutical organization)
  • The design and development of a talent management and succession planning process using the principles of the Leadership Pipeline, to take stock of internal bench strength and drive future recruitment activity (Global Financial Institution)
  • The provision of Executive Coaching programme for the leadership team of an SME looking to accelerate growth plans (UK based technology firm)
  • Associate work on cultural change programmes with key European clients (Global Management Consulting Firm)
  • Numerous OD assignments using psychometrics to enhance self-awareness and accelerate development.

Sue is a Business graduate with IPD qualifications, and a fully qualified psychometric user. She is licensed to use a variety of psychometric tools including: OPQ 32; MBTI; FIRO B; Hay Groups ECI 360 degree feedback tool and all SHL’s Assessment and Development products. She is a registered Master Coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute, training to become a Coaching Supervisor.
