Sandy is an experienced coach and facilitator who is passionate about contributing to individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential. She has over 18 years’ experience working within global multi-national corporations covering every aspect of design, development and delivery of Corporate Learning and Talent Management activities.
Whether working with a focused skills training or a complex talent development program, Sandy focuses on the needs of the group in order to bring about a shift in behaviour.
She has extensive experience as a coach as part of the Talent Development process, focusing on coaching for leadership skill development and career planning for Senior Managers.
As an executive coach, Sandy takes an integral approach in her coaching, focusing on the various aspects of her client’s human domains to fulfil their potential. She has experienced coaching executives from various industries and at different levels.
Born in Switzerland, Sandy has traveled and lived across the globe. Hong Kong has been her home base since 2002. Her life and work experience give her a keen perspective on diversity and the complex needs of multi-cultural audiences.
Sandy holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology from City University in London and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is accredited as an Integral Coach from New Ventures West, and is also accredited in a number of instruments, including Hogan Personality assessment, PDI 360 degree feedback, DISC, Hermann Brain Inventory and Change Pro simulation.
