Born in Beijing, educated in Hong Kong and Germany – fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Lilian has a diverse background and has worked in different functions (marketing, administration, operations etc.) in both public and private sector for 10+ years prior to becoming a facilitator / coach.

Through active inquiry, group observations and facilitation, she has worked with clients across the region (North Asia and South East Asia) to design and deliver appropriate interventions to facilitate team and leadership development. This can be in the form of visioning & strategy workshops, team alignment and planning sessions, group coaching as well as diagnostic research.

Her clients span a range of sectors, including banking, pharmacy, supply chain, energy, government and non-profit organisations. Clients and participants value her ability to create a highly engaging and motivating learning environment, which enables open and frank discussions, flow of creative ideas, deeper reflection and understanding, and ultimately personal and group transformation.
