A Hong Kong-born Chinese living abroad for 15 years, Jessica’s real-life experience of a foreigner working across cultures lends diversity to her results-focused coaching.
Her mission is to help others know themselves, find purpose, and gain courage to change. She is passionate about improvement, learning and growth. With her contagious positive outlook, critical thinking and perceptivity, she challenges assumptions, works to maximise clients’ unique strengths to live their full potential.
Jessica is passionate about and specialises in high performance communications, career growth, relocation planning, cross-cultural communications, women’s professional development, mindful leadership, meditation in business, interpersonal relationships, paradigm coaching and emotional intelligence.
Versatility and ability to build trust quickly help Jessica work across industries (FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Public sector, Non-Profit), professions (Human Resource, Sales, Lawyers, Project Managers) and seniority (C-Suite to first time managers).
Prior to coaching she had a track record in Business Operations and Finance for innovating to generate business performance improvements, from managing a multi-stakeholder hotel renovation project to expense management of US $100M at a multinational technology company.
Jessica has a BA History of Art, awarded 2.1 honours, from University College London, focused on Chinese contemporary art and anthropology. She was awarded The Wittkower Prize winner of 2005 for high academic achievement.
She coaches in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish.
