This workshop helps enhance understanding, buy-in and active support to create an organisation where women and men can achieve their full potential.

WORKSHOP CONTENT

This interactive, hands-on workshop engages managers through facilitated exercises. It helps raise awareness, best practices and discussion around how to create an organisation where both men and women can thrive. With a focus on constructive dialogue, participants discuss and identify opportunities to support the development of female talent within teams and organisations as a whole.

WORKSHOP DELIVERABLES

Understand the business case for women: how and why developing female talent positively impacts the bottom line
Raise awareness of the attitudes, systems, processes and other barriers— conscious and unconscious—that stop women progressing within organisations and explore potential solutions
Identify solutions to support the retention and development of high performing women in the organisation
Develop a road-map to action they can implement on the job
