FACILITATORS

Our facilitators have held senior in-house learning and development roles at leading MNCs and financial institutions. Their unique perceptions and insights on the challenges new managers face are drawn from extensive experience working with managers and leaders at all levels. Professional actors will support coaching for voice and body where applicable.

WORKSHOP LENGTH

Full workshop: Three full days (available in a range of full day and half day combinations) plus one-on-one coaching modules. The workshop can be adapted to suit your scheduling or other requirements.
