The transition to people leader involves much more than new technical or people management skills. Responsible for driving employee engagement and performance, effective leaders need to be visible, accountable, and able to create real presence and impact through their communication, behaviour and physical appearance.

WORKSHOP CONTENT

This short, high-impact program raises participants’ awareness and gives understanding, tools and practice to raise their profile and increase impact through enhanced leadership behaviours and presence. Case studies and role plays are developed in close consultation with training sponsors to reflect as far as possible real-world scenarios relating to specific roles, goals and organisational context. Real life case studies and scenarios in the workshop will be used to ensure relevance to participants’ organisational context and role.
