Micro Skills of Influencing

Influencing between diverse and often demanding stakeholders, make or break the success of a project or business initiative. The ability to influence well whilst building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders can determine the course of your career.

Our practical and interactive workshop offers a unique, hands-on learning experience focused on specific micro skills – the components of the influencing process. Drawing on the latest concepts and thinking in business psychology to enhance your ability to influence your customers and clients. This workshop offers powerful frameworks, tools and strategies for positive, and sustainable interaction with all stakeholders.

Workshop Objectives

  • Improve the quality of interpersonal communication to enhance business outcomes and performance
  • Provide practical input and activities to build awareness, skills and confidence for more effective influencing of others
  • Provide hands-on tools, strategies and practice for participants to apply their communication and influencing skills immediately on the job
